Alyssa and I have been emailing back and forth for a few months and finally we were able to crinkle out all the details and scheduling conflicts and get together to do some engagement photos last weekend. Alyssa and Kael brought along Alyssa's sister and the 4 of us met in Streetsville, we wondered around the train tracks and eventually made our way to a sweet little park near the river. It was such a beautiful morning with fantastic light :) and we all had a lot of fun!
Engagment photos are really cool to do because the couple is so relaxed and we can all take our time and enjoy the process and get to know each other better. Whereas if our first meeting was on the wedding day, it makes for a lot more confusion and no one knows what to expect, not to mention added stress. Which is why I always give my clients a free engagment shoot because I want their day to be as easy and stress free as possible.
Let me first say congratulations ladies. I think that you are both wonderful and I was very honored to get to share in your love and excitement. The love that both of you showed for eachother had me in awe. It was the looks and the smiles, all the laughs and the thursday night piggy backs. It was so real and fearless and I think that kind of love is the forever kind. Forever, because it will hold you close through hard times and it will show you how to appreciate the simple little things and continue to grow as you do.
Im so excited to be apart of your story and to share in your happiness and laughter. I can't wait for the wedding!
